2026 Citilink Access Plus Survey
Citilink is working to better understand the experiences, needs, and expectations of our riders, including those who use Citilink Access. Your feedback will help us evaluate what is working well, where we can improve, and how we can better serve our growing and changing community.
As a part of this effort, we are asking Access passengers to complete a brief rider experience survey. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete, and your responses will remain confidential. Feedback will only be used for planning and evaluation purposes.
To help administer the survey, Citilink is working with ETC Institute, an independent research company that specializes in transit and community surveys. ETC will collect and compile the responses and share the overall results with Citilink.
